This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through AnimeWallFX (“we,” “our,” “us”) at https://animewallfx.site. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on AnimeWallFX are digital wallpapers. No physical goods are shipped. Once payment is completed, the download link is automatically provided.
2. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed because fulfillment happens instantly through automated digital delivery.
3. Refunds
Because our items are digital, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we will assist in cases of:
- Broken or inaccessible download links.
- Corrupted or missing files.
- Duplicate or accidental duplicate payments.
To request help, email admin@animewallfx.site within 48 hours of purchase and include your payment proof. We will resend the purchased files or refund duplicate transactions upon verification.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Actual crediting time depends on your card issuer or bank.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after download.
- Failure to download due to personal device or network issues.
- Unauthorized purchases made from your account credentials.
