Please read these terms carefully before applying.
Ownership & Rights
By uploading content, you confirm that you are the original creator or hold the necessary commercial licenses. You retain ownership of your work but grant AnimeWallFX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, display, and monetize the content on our platform.
Zero Tolerance for Theft
Uploading stolen art, copyrighted material from other artists, or watermarked images from other sites will result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
Revenue Split
Net Revenue is calculated as Total Earnings generated by your files (Ad Impressions + Premium Unlock fees). The split is 85% to You and 15% to AnimeWallFX.
Payout Schedule & Requests
Payouts are auto-processed monthly for balances over $50. Additionally, you may request a manual payout up to 2 times per month via the dashboard. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Quality Standards
All uploads must meet our quality criteria: Minimum resolution of 1080x1920 (Mobile) or 3840x2160 (Desktop). No blurry, pixelated, or poorly upscaled images.
Fixed Attribution & Metadata
To ensure consistency, your "Artist Identity" (Display Name) is automatically injected into the credit metadata of every wallpaper you upload. You cannot manually alter the copyright notice or license type (Standard Personal Use) on the platform.
Strict Liability for Crypto Payouts
If you choose USDT (Crypto) as your payout method, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing a correct ERC20 address. AnimeWallFX is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect addresses or wrong network selection (e.g. TRC20). All payout detail changes are logged for security.
AI Generated Content
If you use AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion), you must tag the content as "AI-Generated". You are responsible for ensuring the prompt and output do not infringe on existing trademarks.
Prohibited Content
Strictly NO NSFW, gore, hate speech, political propaganda, or illegal content. Uploading such content puts our AdSense status at risk and will lead to an instant account termination.
Exclusivity
This agreement is non-exclusive. You are free to sell or distribute your wallpapers on other platforms. However, you cannot ask us to take down content solely to make it exclusive elsewhere after it has gained traction here.
Taxes & Compliance
You are responsible for reporting your own income and paying any applicable taxes in your country of residence. AnimeWallFX acts as a platform, not an employer.
Termination
AnimeWallFX reserves the right to terminate your creator status at any time for violation of these terms or inactivity (no uploads for 90 days).
Liability
AnimeWallFX is not liable for any damages or losses related to the distribution of your content. You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims arising from your uploads (e.g., copyright disputes).
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the creator dashboard constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
