1. Use of the Service

• You agree to use AnimeWallFX for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Accounts and Authentication

• You may sign up or log in using your email and password, or through supported third-party providers such as Google.
• By connecting through Google, you grant AnimeWallFX access to your basic profile information (name, email, and avatar) as permitted by Google’s privacy settings.
• Your account data is securely stored through Supabase authentication.

3. Digital Product Nature

• All items available on AnimeWallFX are digital wallpapers.
• These products are delivered electronically via download link after successful payment.
• No physical goods are shipped.

4. Payments

• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• By using Razorpay, you agree to their Terms and Privacy Policy.
• AnimeWallFX does not store, access, or collect your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Currently, we operate as an individual business and do not charge or collect GST.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
• If your download link is broken or the purchased file is corrupted, please contact us at admin@animewallfx.site with proof of purchase — we will resend the files via email.
• Duplicate or failed transactions (if any) will be refunded upon verification.

6. Delivery

• Delivery occurs instantly after successful payment.
• In rare cases of server delay or technical issues, delivery may take a few minutes.
• If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All wallpapers, artworks, and digital media available on AnimeWallFX are the intellectual property of AnimeWallFX or its authorized contributors.
• You may download and use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Redistribution, resale, or use of our content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Original Works

All wallpapers and visual content available on AnimeWallFX are original works created in-house by the AnimeWallFX owner and our authorized "Creators" using generative AI and custom editing tools.

All contributed works are published with the creator’s consent and proper attribution (where applicable) and comply with our copyright and usage policies. We do not upload or repost content from other artists or platforms.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of AnimeWallFX content.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on the site.
• Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activities through our platform.
• Attempt to breach or bypass our security systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or quality of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimeWallFX shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from:

• Download or access errors.
• Payment gateway failures.
• Unauthorized use of purchased content.
• Data loss or device malfunction caused by downloads.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Harm the integrity, reputation, or functionality of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service and access previously purchased digital content may be revoked.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last Updated” date reflecting the latest changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
